The Inua is a long running series of work and one that I am presently working on . I have been captivated by Inuit art since college days and my husband and I collect Inuit art.

The word Inua is a term that infers that all things have a soul.

It also implies that humans and animals are capable of taking on various physical  forms.

I am  intrigued  by the simplicity of form and line  which I feel conveys an honesty, often a quiet mirth, a subtle sensitivity and  always vitality.

All these attributes resonate with me . The concept of kindred spirit with nature and it’s unexplainable aspect is what I try to depict in my  own work.
